To Generate Single Estimate/ Single Quote.

To generate an estimate, follow these steps:

**&gt; Navigate to View Requests**:\
   Go to **View Requests** to access the list of pending requests.

&gt; In the **Request List**, locate and select the specific request for which an estimate will be generated.

> Sort the **Request List** as required to easily locate the correct entry.

> **Example**:
>
> - **Client**: *Apex Tool SRL*
> - **Order Number**: *O2345*
> - **Date of Request**: *21/10/2024*

&gt; With the request selected, choose the **Create Estimate(Single request)** option.

Based on Company’s Invoicing choose the header


&gt;  Modifications to **Operator User** and **User in Charge**

Update Operator User and User in Charge fields if the responsible user differs from the Create Request user.

### **Commission Management**

Define any internal commission systems used within the company for the following specifics. To add a new system, use the **"+"** symbol. The commission amount will be distributed across relevant components and kits.

Under **Specifications**, the application allows adding two or more components to create a kit estimate.

> Similar requests from the same customer can be accessed under **Find  Request**.

Add production details by navigating through each **Title** box according to customer requirements.

### **Neuromancer**

By clicking the **Neuromancer** icon, the cost per component is calculated. 

> **NEUROMANCER** acquires and interprets 3D files to provide values for cost estimation, taking into consideration various factors such as **technologies, materials, operator time, post-processing phases, finishing, and production jobs**.

Automated output is generated based on the information provided by the user for component production, as shown. 

Click **Select** to proceed with generating the estimate.

To add post-production costs and duration, click **Add Post-Production**.

Click **View Preview** to visualize the estimate before generating the quotation.

The latest versions of modified copies are assigned a reference ID and saved for future access.

Preview of the Estimate to be sent to the customer.

Click **Send via Email** to email the customer directly from the ANY3DP application.
